No matter what you’re struggling with—we’ll work through it together.

Work towards a more capable you

Dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, or chronic illness can be overwhelming. At times, it can be difficult just to get through daily life.

Racing thoughts, losing interest in the things you love, communication issues in relationships, or managing chronic conditions—these can all take a toll on our mental health.

We’ll get to the heart of what you’re going through, explore the root causes, and start a personalized treatment plan to give you the tools you need for a more balanced life.

Grow your resilience

Focusing on what you can control—like recognizing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors—goes a long way in managing mental health issues in a healthy way.

Manage stress better

Stress can affect both the mind and body. It’s important to address both aspects for a well-rounded approach to your health.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if psychotherapy is right for me?

If you’re finding it difficult to cope with work, your relationships, or daily life, psychotherapy may help you get to the root of the issue. Or Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it felt like nothing changed. We will work together to help you set meaningful goals and learn practical skills that’ll help you feel and function better.

Our first session together is the initial psychiatric evaluation, which lasts about 50-60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to talk through your experiences, concerns, and goals. A practical part of this process may involve a diagnosis; however, my primary focus is understanding how your symptoms appear in day-to-day life and how they affect your overall well-being and functioning.

Together, we’ll consider what’s been challenging, what intervention might help, and create a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with your goals for life.

All of my therapy sessions are online using a HIPAA-compliant platform, providing flexibility and greater convenience to help you access the help you
need. Appointments are available from late-morning through the evening hours several days per week so that you can work around your schedule.

Absolutely. We’ll get to the root of why you’re struggling, improve communication, and rebuild connection through exercises that foster positive feelings
